The level quality in the physicians here is terrible. They have zero clues when it comes to servicing a patient outside of a normal cold or flu symptom. The physician told me my persistent sore throats was due to "eating late at night and having beers" - I rarely drink beer and don't eat late. However, that's the professional diagnosis I was given. No antibiotics bc its bad for my "tummy". I'm 38 yrs old. I don't have a tummy, I have a stomach.
You should never use this place for any reason. I had an ear infection and the doctor had no idea what to do. He decided to flush out my ear with water, which I found out from a real doctor is the worst possible thing you can do. They ruptured my ear drum. I am going to have permanent hearing loss. I am looking in to taking legal action. These people are not doctors, do not ever come here.
This place has no patience for small children. Instead of coming in to the exam room and talking to my 1 year old to let her warm up, the doctor came in and told us to restrain her so he could look in her ears before she even showed any sign of "the wiggles". Obviously she didn't enjoy that and cried very loudly. The doctor said nothing was wrong with her even after symptoms were told to him. He then walked out towards the waiting room and said very loudly, "Wow. That was crazy. That was a workout". Very unprofessional. All eyes were on us when we left. We went for a second opinion and what do you know?! Double ear infection.
Never had to wait, they are quick and efficient and always make me better. Been here for a variety of problems from car accidents to sinus infections. I prefer them to my PCP! Quality and convenient care.
I have never had a faster more efficient polite and professional experience anywhere!!!
