If I could give you guys a ZERO, I would! How do you charge someone for a follow up visit that lasted exactly under 5 mins and the phyician did absolutly NOTHING than saying "I'm glad the medication worked and keep it up!" Didn't even check the area to see for himself how well it progesses. Such a rip off! If I knew I would of cancelled the apointment and just told your assistant on the phone how well I progressed!
My skin on my face after vbeam is hyper pigmented, red and looks awful. The last treatment I had swelling so bad it went as far as my throat. I called triage three times. They paged Dr, Eisen and he never responded . I asked if it was ok to send pictures of the swelling, the office asked and he said ok. After sending three pictures I got no response no phone call , no reassurance. Nothing - they say “oh we are here for you “but once money is exchanged it’s no help at all. My skin concerns have been brushed off. I’m very disappointed and I have all pictures of the treatments and the damage it has done. I have to attempt to get this corrected elsewhere. I asked for my money back so I can do that. Buyer beware when it comes to your face! Oh and my swelling ... my gynecologist agreed to see me and gave me medication for it. I needed antibiotics and valtrex . Shame on this practice. Requesting full refund
Excellent experience, start to finish with Dr Eisen. From diagnosis to a plan for treatment, and information every step of the way. It was very reassuring to have someone so experienced and knowledgeable. For Mohs I would say he's the absolute best
