I will give this off this five stars. As I see the only review one here is just the opposite of my experience. The office staff is remarkably kind. I think my weight may have been 15 minutes. I saw Dr. Patel. Who happens to be an extremely pleasant doctor. He explained everything to me in full detail. He performed a procedure on me. And the postop visit went just as well. I would highly recommend this practice.
This was a waste of the $35.00 co-pay. Office personnel was not friendly, and very inconsiderate of patients. After sitting in the waiting room for almost 2 hours I left.
Dr Patel is an extremely passionate Dr who takes his time and answers your questions. In my case he may have saved my life. Follow-up after procedure and 5 day hospital stay was fast and efficient. His communication is excellent and he will engage other colleagues as needed. A true pro.
Dr. Durante diagnosed my very serious problem, gave me some drops and scheduled surgery for me for TWO MONTHS LATER ! The problems were very serious but there was no follow up. I believe i would have never made it to the surgery. I found a GREAT Doctor at Mass Eye and Ear and he Cured me in two weeks without surgery. I do not recommend Dr. Durante
A friend had a really bad ear problem. I took her to Dr. Patel. She had swimmers ear. He drained the ear yuk. But because she could not take certain antibiotics he put some powder on it. Borac boric??? Anyway after 3 applications the ear was dry. They did a hearing test and cleaned the other ear out too. All good.. good job by the team. This after 2 other places gave her drops that just made it worse.
