A nightmare from beginning to end! Office staff is rude and obnoxious. Dr.Gross is clearly no better. I saw her once and was informed in order to keep her as a doctor I would need to change my insurance policy over. So I did because I didn't want to have to look for another doctor that was 4 weeks ago and after hour's of endless phone calls between her office which they are all clueless when it comes to insurance policy practices and procedures. I get a call saying because I was rude to the clueless office staff I need to find a new doctor
I have been to Dr. Gross multiple times and she is always knowledgable and has a pleasant/calm demeanor. I switched over from my last doctor because Dr. Gross takes the time to listen and understand the problem before she rushes into a diagnosis. Would recommend.
