Only my 2nd time here at this location but I love it! The employees are all great, courteous and smiling! Food is superb! My son never eats and loved his steak! Cooked perfectly! I wish it was a little more like the Brockton location where you can throw the peanut shells on the floor. Makes a fun atmosphere! Rustic kinda.....
We had a great experience! The service was phenomenal from start to finish. The food was outstanding and the restaurant was impeccably clean. I would definitely recommend this location.
Headed back in to give them a second chance tonight, we haven't visited since August. Our last visit was a pretty horrific experience. Our waitress Angela really messed up by swiping our card on the wrong bill and we ended up being charged over $100 for another families meal. They did cancel the payment but it took several days for the bank to push it back through to me. If that wasn't bad enough the waitress was completely unapologetic and just sort of brushed off her mistake like it was no big deal. So naturally we left without leaving a tip after all that, so she took it upon herself to write in and take a $15 tip off of my card for herself. I spoke with the general manager there Brian and he apologized on her behalf and sent us two VIP dinner for two vouchers which we will be using one of tonight. We have been very hesitant to come back for awhile now, So i really hope this experience is an improvement for us. On an important note though, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE YOU SIGN. Will post new review after tonight's visit.
