Ordered ahead of time but waited an extra 30 minutes. The phone was ringing off the hook and nobody was answering it. Awful experience.
The managers and employees are always nice and It's usually nice and clean. The only issue I've had there, more than once, is the wait times. A few times I've ordered online, ahead of time, only to find that my order hasn't even been started when I arrived. The other issue is chain- wide... Their pizzas are getting smaller and the crust ridiculously thinner every year.
First time at any Gino's. Expected a day for pizza, sells, sandwich setting. That's what it is. Orders a Greek salad, Cobb said and my wife and I split a Super Steak sandwich. Salads with fresh and tasty. Packaged dressings but it's a fast food place right? Sandwich was meaty, hot and quite good. Prices where reasonable for the tourist area it's in. I would consider stopping at a Gino's on my future travels.
While interior is stuck in the 70s food was adequate and service quite good.
Long wait for a to go order and the person on the other end of the phone didn't seam to know what they were doing
