Ordered 2 salads online and after we started eating noticed both salads were missing items including the meat. By the time we noticed they were closed so I could not return them to have them made correctly. Otherwise the food tasted good.
This experience was enough to turn me off of every Moe's location, which is a shame because up until this point I genuinely had a great experience at Moe's Southwest Grill. Thank you for reading- my fingers are tired, I'm tired, and my friend is still hungry.
Love Moe's. Clean and orderly. Employees seemed to enjoy working there and mad our experience better. Good food, and the Coke freestyle machine is awesome.

So their workspace was unorganized, unsanitary, and had multiple food contents spilling into other containers- and as a result of their messy environment, I nearly consumed dairy product. They brought my friend the wrong order, one that contained MEAT. When she returned her order, they gave her a second Wrong Doug, one that contained meat AGAIN. So she politely asked for a refund. They did not know how to give her her money back. The man at the cash register decided to simply open the drawer and give her cash. I don't know if that is the proper procedure, but I'm quite certain that the correct refund method is not that. Oh, did I mention she paid with a credit card?
Always a good spot for a quick meal! Their queso is the best!
So I went to a Moe's in the Hanover Mall which was WICKED great and the food was AWESOME. So I told my friend, who is vegetarian (myself being vegan) that we should go to Moe's, because they're super accommodating and very friendly! We happened to be in Plymouth and so we stopped at this one. And honestly, what a mistake.
12/29/17 around 3:30. First off I would just like to say I never leave reviews. This has been the worst experience of my life when it come to dealing with food service. First off the guys making the food almost put dairy products on my vegan friend's food.(could normally be a honest mistake), but their work space and the whole restaurant was totally unsanitary. They said they would bring our food to us. After 5 minutes they brought me an order that was filled with mushrooms (mushrooms are disgusting), then tried to correct it by giving me another order which was still not mine. All but one person working was not completely INCOMPETENT. As of right now I would completely avoid this location.
