Sumeer is the manager here and he knows all the ins and outs of the plans and rebates so he can really help you navigate the system to get the best deals. I trashed my phone and he found a way to save me,on the data overages I have been paying and get me a new phone which is a better model for less than it would have been to replace my old phone. I've gone to this specific location in the past and they always treat their customers like family. Thank you so much!!
I just had an awesome experience at the Verizon store at Shops @ 5 in Plymouth. I literally told my brother on the way there that I just knew it would go poorly and I would go home disappointed. I WAS WRONG! Luckily, I had Mike and his associate, Adam take great care of us. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and quick. They got me a great deal, restored my lost treasures, and kept us laughing the whole time. They were great guys, and Verizon you should fill your stores and call centers with folks like these who truly exuded customer service.
