This Place a rip off nov 28 i tried to buy a Samsung chrome PLUS out the store because best buy online told me i could go in STORE and i get it for the same price I brought it online and the supervisor one in the photos rejected me to me he can only do a price match i paid 349 for one online and in store it rang up as 449 and the best he said he can do is 429 never goin back here they need to check they managers for real i cancel my order now cuz of him BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!

I bought a new TV and when I got it home I was disappointed in the quality of the picture. I thought we may have installed it incorrectly. I went back to the store and talked with the General Manager, Ricky Masotta and he could not have been nicer.He suggested I try a couple of things and said if you are not totally happy you can bring it back. My husband and I were not happy with the TV and went back to the store and talked with Ricky and he had us talk with Ryan S about a different TV and he arranged for the new one to be delivered and the old one picked up. The new TV is great and we are very happy. We felt that Best Buy cared about us as a customer and wanted us to be happy. We now have a new friend, Trevor who is part of the geeksquad and we can call him with any questions we have. We are very happy with Best Buy and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Bought laptop there at a good price. Might have to wait for attention there a bit but their product knowledge is pretty good. Still, educate yourself before you go in.

I found out that our new friend Trevor at geeksquad did not live up to "you can call me anytime". We had a problem that persisted and after doing what he suggested, it did not go away and I emailed him to see what else he would suggest and did not hear from him. I did email him again and again did not hear from him. So we are not happy with Trevor. Verizon sent someone over and they took care of the problem. It appears it was a kink in the wire that caused the problem.

Spent over an hour trying to reach somebody in the store by phone call because I have two toddlers that would destroy the store in a second. After being confirmed that they could help me and I can go right in I drove there then being told that they do not take trade-ins that I would have to go to another location very disappointed at this. I went to Dartmouth location which had no power after driving all the way to Dartmouth I am one very unsatisfied customer.

Great service. Guys very knowledgeable. Will shop there again
