We were in the market for a used car and went to another dealership which was a nightmare. Although it was an hour's drive for us to get to Plymouth, we decided to make the trip to test drive a car we saw on the web. From the moment we walked up to the door, we were completely impressed. We were greeted warmly by Marion who helped us find a car we liked even better than the one we went for. He was excellent. Never pushy but listened completely to what we wanted. Marion, along with the manager and finance person, got everything completed quickly. They were fair and we never felt like we were being taken advantage of. They really want to have a satisfied customer, not just make a sale. We would definitely recommend Honda of Plymouth.
It is clear to me that the Honda of Plymouth philosophy is that of earning long term business and not just that once sale. The next time I am in the market for another car, Honda of Plymouth will be my first stop.
I was in the market for a used car and did quite of bit of research online before visiting any dealers. Honda of Plymouth was the best experience by far of all the dealers I visited. I saw a particular car on their website, and I called to make sure they still had it in stock before making the drive down from Boston, sure enough they had the car in stock, and even better, it was exactly how it was described on their website. Too often dealers will hide issues a car may have with cleverly framed pictures, but not Honda of Plymouth!
When I arrived at the dealership, I was introduced to a fantastic sales rep, Kevin White. Kevin was very forthcoming and we were able to reach an agreement that worked for both of us and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. And the great customer service did not stop once the deal was done and the paperwork signed. Kevin and the rest of the staff at the dealership were very accommodating to my schedule on car pick up, and returning my calls in a very timely manner whenever I had questions.
I really can't say enough great things about this place and the people that work here. My Sales guy Dave Sandhu was awesome. He was never pushy and genuinely listened to what I was looking for and gave me great options to choose from. I felt comfortable the entire time I was there which is very hard to find at many dealerships around here. Joel DiLillo in the finance department was great as well with making sure I got what I wanted. Both went above and beyond what I expected and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
Experience was actually enjoyable. I usually dread going to get a new car. In this a case, the salesman Patrick Donahue was pleasant and easy to work with. He helped me determine what I was looking for and find the vehicle that filled my needs. He was open about the differences between cars and honest every step of the way. The process was seamless and I felt like I left the dealership with what I needed and it was fair. I'll definitely go back to Plymouth Honda!
Great experience. Went to purchase a used 2015 Odyssey, but due to a recall I was unable to complete purchase. Joel was great and worked with us to get the best deal possible on a new 2018 Odyssey that ensured the safety of my family. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied and the process was quick and painless. The whole sales team put in a team effort to complete the deal that was agreed upon.
