The waiting area is small and I like that. You can hear everything that goes on. Everyone has a different story going into a service business like Cape Auto and the people who listen to these problems day in and day out do it with a smile on their face which seems to be infectious. They'll not only tell what is wrong with your car, they'll tell you what it'll take to fix it right and they'll tell you any short cuts to get you on your way cheaper. It's like they care about you, your car, and saving you money too!
The Gallerani's and their team EXCEL at customer service. New wipers, tire rotation and oil change for my wife's vehicle. And, they even gave me a loaner car to do errands so I did not have to wait! Scheduled online, done before they said it would be. Who else does that? The wipers were buy one, get one free. $10 coupon from their website for the oil change too... Very happy with this experience!
Quick professional and super nice. Waiting room is a but small but the people in the office held great conversation were funny and as strange as this seems, considering its a garage waiting room, they gave it a comfortable at home feel. I only had a light and wiper replacement so I can't really speak to pricing. I went there simply because I had a light out and they were 2 miles away and could take me . I have sent 3 people there and every one has loved the place. You just get the feeling they are trustworthy and know what they are doing I can't explain why just check the place out for your self.
