Customer service is horrible. I asked the same questions over and over and still did not get any answers to my problem. Offered no help whatsoever. I suggest going to the vape way in plymouth. Excellent customer service and also the worker there took the time to teach me how to build a rta/rda. Also far more juices and mod and tank selection. Also better parking
I was a first timer looking to eliminate my tiny addiction to cigs. Went into Beantown and was very pleased with the service I received. Chris helped me pick out the right unit for my needs. Showed me how to set up and operate my unit as well as some useful tips. I was overwhelmed with all the flavor choices so I was able to try a few before purchasing which is great. I will definitely be a repeat customer for my supplies in the future. Thanks!
Excellent customer service and a very nice store. I walked in during a recent vacation to Plymouth and was looking for some juices. The gent at the counter was awesome offering several different samplers to try based on what flavors I was looking for. This store is the perfect example of what a vape store should be like; friendly, patient, and a modern interior!
Chillest place. Chris is super funny, and makes every visit great. Highly recommend coming here. Juices are bomb, and he always recommends the best ones.
