zero stars.....i called for service....replied within a day, GREAT, i thought the same thing as everyone else.....he apologized and said he was going on vacation and would call me back the next week when he got back, which he didn't call unitl i called him back a week after he said he'd call me. he told me he would possibly swing by on that day, i thought GREAT (again)....thats where it heads completly south...i NEVER heard back if he came or if he didnt.....i've left 3 more messages , 1 a week for 3 weeks.....no more, all done
