The sales associates have poor customer service skills. I once made a comment about the baby boy section being smaller than other stores I had been to and the woman rolled her eyes at me. I spent over $200 around Christmas time in one setting and was then asked to buy the gift boxes. The icing on the cake, and the reason that I will no longer shop here, happened when I needed to change my 10 month old son's diaper and was made to feel like I was doing something wrong. I asked where the restrooms were. The sales associate then asked me if I was changing a diaper. I said yes. She then told me that I needed to bring the dirty diaper out with me. I had not started my shopping yet and was not going to shop around with a dirty diaper in hand. If this is, in fact, a new store policy, I was informed in a very unprofessional and distasteful manner. I will not be shopping here again.
The sales people don't even acknowledge you when you walk in. This has happened each of the few times I have been in. Today, I just walked out. No customer service at all.
