My daughter got a referral from my niece to use Chris J Neri to sell her house in Plymouth .. It was the worst experience even is hard enough to give up your dream home but Chris was the worst agent ever... Never gave feed back, showed up late for open house not prepared for the open house and after ever open house would say its a corner lot drop the price...He never asked her is there anything on the property that is not going with the house. A LOW BALL offer came in and they counted up slightly but my daughter lost the tv washer dryer propane tank that didn't belong to her, curtains the rods the large dog pen and the women didn't even have a dog... Im surprized he didnt want the furniture thrown in to get the deal... RE/Mx didnt pull in anyone all other realtors did....THE WORST REALTOR EVER DO NOT US RE/MAX in plymouth. Look up the listing the house was all there-(2 full updated bathrooms hardwood throughout and updated kitchen) and more move in with nothing to update or do...76 Sevens Hill rd plymouth...what a shame ...you think since he screwed her over so bad hed pay her for the dog pen... or something ...what a LOSER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All about the money not the client ...Remember this could be you! And don't send referrals they also dont honor that...
