I got my vehicle from this guys couple hours ago and I should say that I haven't seen such a poor and amateur job before. Service wasn't anything but what was advertised as "Complete auto detailing"! A couple of kids spraying the car with a hose and cleaning the wheels shouldn't cost that much and take 3-4 hours!!! When you pay for auto DETAILING you expect to get the details of your car cleaned and shined but not in my case. Very poor job, as most of the rubber parts of the body, especially around the windows were in the same exact condition as I left the vehicle. Inside the car, under the mats, I found several pennies and small rocks, which means that no one even cared to pull those mats. And yes, I took pictures of all these issues, so keep an eye on the other review sites for them. I've done better job myself detailing my car in the past and I consider this company an amateur place with very poor and unsatisfactory service.

Had my car done there last year and it was great. Just paid $200 to have my husband's car done.Ok, it is a 10 Y.O car but the outside of the care looks pretty bad, lot of wax left on the car and pine needles still on the inside, inside of deflectors over door not done. The guy doing the cars said the outside looked bad b/o the paint job.. Pretty disappointing. Emailed Exceptional Detailing and they did say bring it back and we will take care of it but our vacation is over and it's really not worth taking time off work and driving all the way back there. For that much money it should have been done right the first time.
