Ordered an over the stove Microwave by phone on Tuesday and it was installed by 7 pm Wednesday. Can’t get much better service than that. We were assisted by Victoria for the sale and Brett for the installation, both were terrific.
Kahians is hands-down the best place to buy appliances. I just bought a new oven/stove; the owner helped me pick out exactly what I needed and in the right price range. It only took about 15 mins from walking through the door to finishing the purchase. I walked out thinking "that was easy".
How often do you say that these days? The oven/stove were delivered for free the next day and on time by two very professional gentlemen. Plus, they took away the old appliance. I can't imagine any better service!
I received an appliance that was a lemon . . stopped working after two weeks. Instead of giving me a new appliance I had to take two days off to wait for repair because they didn't have the part on the first visit . still not right after second repair . ended up buying a completely new appliance from another company . two appliances later and three unpaid days off = loss of $1600 . what a mistake!
I was shopping for a new refrigerator and went to one of the big box stores and wondered around aimlessly for 45 minutes while the sales staff sat at their desks and talked about their weekend, so I left and went to KAHIANS in Plymouth MA . As soon as i walked in the door I was greeted and was shown exactly what i was looking for in a new refrigerator. Everything went so smooth right from the beginning through financing and even the delivery guys were great and on time. And I believe I got the best price possible as well. thank you Steve for having such a great team.

Honest and courteous service. Best deal, they will match and beat any prices. Family-owned and local. Great products. I highly recommend this store over any other.
