First, we focused on my diet- I started out with a detox program and then I changed my diet to include healthy, whole foods and eliminated sugars, processed foods, dairy and yeast. He used a couple alternative methods to acupuncture because I was not interested in the use of needles for my care. Paul used neurolink and color puncture to help my body heal. I started to feel better almost immediately. As my care continued, I trusted Paul enough to use a couple acupuncture needles. He was very patient, excellent at explaining the process and the best part was I didn't feel a thing. I now sleep through the night, I feel great, I lost 45 lbs and I take 1 Advil once a month at the most, compared to 5-6 of them per day!
