I had a wonderful experience while making a decision of which recliner to purchase. Casey was great and I was happy to have her there to help me. She was knowledgeable and kind and let me have time to myself to narrow my choices down. The showroom was quiet and relaxing and the purchasing process was a breeze. I haven’t received my chair yet, but I certainly appreciated the top notch customer service!

Mary is fantastic at this low pressure store! Other furniture stores I had recently been too has pushy sales staff. Quality is fantastic here as well. You MAY pay a little bit more here, but the quality and customer service far surpassed any other store
