One time I was driving down Route 3 and a rock from a truck hit the windshield and cracked it. I called and spoke to Josh to let him know. His first question wasn't to find out if the car was okay, he asked if I was. I brought the car in and they had another car all ready for me, no waiting. Excellent service always!
I have been renting cars from this location for almost 2 years. They have always gone above and beyond with their service! Everyone that works there is always so nice, helpful and professional.
Worst car rental experience of my life, I dealt with some kid who said he was the manager of 3 Hertz stores yet her couldn't have been 25 years old I feel bad for this company if they have this kid running 3 stores he was more interested in the girl he was working with than helping any of the 3 other customers in line behind me,
The car was covered in dog hair, loaded with garbage, and reeked of cigarettes. The staff were not helpful and when I called to question being overcharged, there was no customer service. This is my first and last experience with Hertz.
Easy. People professional and helpful. Car was great. Rental location was very convenient although I was surprised at how high the rates are in Massachusetts- more than double. I don't understand why but I will avoid renting a car here again because of it. Otherwise, experience was fine.
