My wife last night went on to their website and booked a 9am appointment before my friends wedding. She got up early and when she showed up...they told her that they did not have any appointments while we are here the next three days....even though their locations website shows that there are open slots. My wife was hoping to destress. When she asked them what the options were... they gave her "it's not our problem" look. Your system should reflect what you have available. Any legit company would do so. My wife doesnt sleep well and she would of have preferred sleeping in this morning than be treated this way. This is 100% unprofessional.
Fantastic experience, just need recliners in tranquility room
In town on business, needed to unwind. I found Massage Envy because it happens to be next the Hilton hotel I am staying at. Front end staff was very courteous and helpful explaining options. Facility was extremely clean and comfortable. Therapist was professional. I highly recommend it, stop in and check out for yourself.
Beware of Massage Envy in Plymouth! They are not allowing my husband to use a PAID FOR massage because he doesn't have an updated credit card on file to be billed. We've had nothing but headaches from this company and now he's being told they won't let him use a service he already paid for! That is wrong! Give your business to a company that cares about their members. They don't! We can't believe they treat long term members like this. My husband was on their membership and had a massage he paid for and his credit card was replaced and not updated yet for future services. They wanted him to pay for future service and give a new card to keep on file. I think not! The assistant manager was rude and uncaring. I tried calling corporate and got disconnected several times and finally got a voicemail option. No answer yet. I left it Thursday. We want a refund... the owner was rude also when he called my husband and said "we want you back but need your credit card". All they care about is taking his credit card and ignore the fact HE HAS ALREADY PAID FOR A MASSAGE AND THEY ARE NOT ALLOWING HIM TO USE IT. What's also funny is my husband told the owner he's a manager and talked to him in a professional manner over the phone which I witnessed and the owner said my husband was rude. This owner has zero customer service and only cares about $$$$. Take your business to someone who cares about his customers! Not the first bad experience we've had either! From the management and horrible organization at the location and the disrespectful owner this place is a disaster. Turns out they had a class action lawsuit for this same thing. Won't surprise me if it happens again. Sum of a company.
