Best coffee I've had in months, not to mention that their pies and pastries are legit homemade. I ordered a latte ginger maple cookie sandwich, 2 slices of different pies, and a blueberry filled pastry (Not to eat all at once, but I had a taste of each so far). Everything was on par. Let's start with The coffee, it was rich an deep flavored, it tastes like they roast The beans themselves or maybe grind them there, just insanely rich and smooth without being acidic. The pie crust had flavor and kept shape, while still being perfectly flakey. The fruit fillings taste really fresh, and the pastry is especially good quality. This is an amazing shop, and the people working there were very sweet also. I would give more stars if I could.
We LOVE Blue Blinds! Beautiful historic location in Plymouth Ma. Just a few minutes walk to the waterfront and shops... cozy old fashioned atmosphere with soft music, a crackling fire in the Fall and Winter months, delicious healthy (and mostly organic) menu options! Good coffee! The BEST homemade bread! The Habiscus Fruit Cooler is our favorite drink! We have brunch at Blue Blinds often, then roam around Plymouth for the afternoon!!
What a great cozy bakery. Visited during a rainy day and the staff were super nice, the fire was going, and I had the best apple pastry. Try a hot mug of tea you will not be disappointed
