Unique book store must visit
I lived in Plymouth for more than 4 years, and had not noticed this rare treasure until my senior year of high school. I stumbled in and asked if the previous Owner, Chuck, had any open positions in hope that my little dream of working at a bookstore would finally come true. Weeks had passed, then after waiting numerous weeks I received a phone call asking for my help ASAP. I had the pleasure of working for him for the spring and summer & loved every minute of it. Before I left the city, I met the new owner Mary, whom was just as delightful as Chuck. I'll always remember this little bookstore in my heart, and the adventures I stumbled into while being there.
I would have liked to come in and spend my money, but your store is not wheelchair accessible.
I wish I could find a book store with the special gems that can be found in this hidden location. It a typical quaint New England space conveniently located across from the blue blinds, you can most certainly find something special here, I always do. I have looked for stores like it in other cities, and nothing compares.
Such a cool bookstore. I can spend literally hours in this store, but this is unlike any franchise bookstore around. The way it is set up really makes you feel like you discovering gems among the shelves. Books of all ages and genres can be found here, and the owner is passionate about books; during my first visit, he offered to let me look at a first edition Charlotte's Web he had under lock and key!
